  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Sale or discounted items may have specific return/exchange terms. Please check at checkout.

3. Exchange Process

  • We will guide you through the return shipment process.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the criteria, we will ship the replacement item.

4. Refunds
